Who operates Heabsy?+
FEYA, s.r.o., a company registered in Slovakia since 12 September 2014, registration number (IČO) 47 887 541, VAT ID SK2024136169, seated at Pekná cesta 19, 831 52 Bratislava-Rača. Heabsy is the brand under which the company delivers AI implementation services.
Where is the inference infrastructure located?+
Our own models run on our own infrastructure, mostly in the EU (for the rest, the catalogue names the country), and prompts and completions are not stored there. If a task does not need that, the API also offers models served by partner providers, often at a lower price and without those guarantees. Each model is marked, and the customer chooses. Processing locations and sub-processors are disclosed rather than assured, so a customer can check for themselves whether any third-country transfer is involved.
What does Heabsy actually build?+
Assistants over company documents, search across internal repositories, and agents that carry out steps inside existing systems. Every answer carries a reference to document and paragraph; where no source exists, the system says so instead of producing a plausible sentence.
What does Heabsy not do?+
No legal advice, no candidate screening or employee scoring (high-risk under Annex III of the EU AI Act), no decisions with legal effect on individuals, and no irreversible actions behind a probability threshold. These limits are architectural, not promises.
Which markets does Heabsy serve?+
Primarily Austria and Germany, in German. English and Russian versions exist for companies that find us through other channels; the Slovak entity serves its home market directly rather than through search.
