The five questions that usually come before a first message — including the one about money, answered with numbers rather than «depends on scope».
What happens after I send a message?+
You get a reply within one working day, in the language you wrote in. If your message describes a concrete task, the reply contains a first assessment rather than a request for a call — whether the case is worth pursuing, what would be needed, and roughly what it costs.
What should I send for the free document test?+
One typical document and three questions that should be answerable from it. Real material, not a sample — the point is to see whether your documents carry the answers you need. Turnaround is one working day.
Do I need a budget before contacting you?+
No, but it helps to know the scale: a discovery workshop starts at €5,000 and an implementation project on existing infrastructure at €25,000. Below roughly €25,000 an implementation does not pay off for either side, and we will say so in the first conversation rather than after an invoice.
In which languages can I write?+
German, English, Russian or Slovak. The reply comes in the same language. Documents may be in a different language than the questions — that is a normal case, not an exception.
Can you sign an NDA before we talk?+
Yes, and for the document test it is the usual order: NDA first, material second. A data processing agreement follows at project start, together with the list of sub-processors and their processing locations.
